All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Rondel, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem. Rondel is not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to refusal of payment by issuer.


The prices for Rondel items are listed in USD. Any card charges made on will be reflected in USD.

The Signature Gold Rollo Chain Necklace is available in two sizes: 18 inch chain with 4 millimeter links and 24 inch chain with 4 millimeter links.

Delivery & Returns

Upon receipt of the completed online order, the client will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking number once the order is sent out. Because all Rondel items are made to order and made by hand, lead times vary. Please allow 2-4 weeks for most items and up to 6 weeks for enamel pieces and custom orders as these items are made to order.
Please reach out to our concierge service if there is urgency to an order. If it is possible, Rondel will try to accommodate client delivery requests.
All orders are shipped FedEx Priority for the flat fee of $25 per order. All packages are insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was shipped. Accrued shipping charges will be deducted from any credits, and items must be sent back via FedEx or UPS and insured for the full dollar amount.

Rondel will repair any pieces damaged in transit at no cost to the client. The Rondel concierge service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Care & Warranty

Rondel jewelry is made using 18k gold, mindfully-sourced gemstones, precious and semi-precious stones, non-conflict diamonds and hand-poured enamel. Due to its handcrafted nature, elements may vary slightly in size, shape and color.

Designed to be worn all the time, signs of normal wear over time are common and can enhance the beauty of your Rondel jewelry. Scratches are a natural characteristic of matte gold and a sign of love and wear.

When you are not wearing your Rondel jewelry, store flat or in its original packaging in a cool, dry place to avoid excess oxidation and unwanted scratches. Do not wear Rondel jewelry during activities that may damage your piece and avoid contact with chemicals, heat and extreme humidity.

To clean Rondel jewelry, gently wipe with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth.

Slightly oxidized and tarnished pieces with diamonds, gemstones and semi-precious stones can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a gentle soap. Soak the item for no more than 10 seconds and rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth.

Pearls are organic gemstones that are more vulnerable to chemicals and scratches. Do not attempt to clean.

Do not submerge enamel pieces in water and avoid heat. If your enamel jewelry gets wet, dry right away with a soft cloth. To clean, wipe with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth. Do not use water or acetone-based products to clean enamel.

If items need further attention, contact a specialist. Rondel is not responsible for any damages as a result of using professional cleaning services.

Rondel offers a one year warranty for Jewelry. The customer will accrue a $25 USD shipping charge. After one year, repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis following an assessment by Rondel experts.
